As the Italians say ‘impossibile!’ A woman in my church used to sing these incredible songs. I was told that she and her siblings, taken by their mother to versus churches, to sing these spiritual songs. Ones that I have not heard since she sang them. One day, she awoke and could not hear. She has been around the country, but to no avail. Her hearing is gone forever.

I’m in my sixties, and if I had a choice of losing my sight or my hearing, I would choose sight. I can’t imagine not hearing some of the sounds that formulate music. My life would be impossible ☺️
