Install a quiet zone. My street is busy with traffic all day and night. And during the wee hours when is lighter, heavy duty trucks fly down the street It’s even louder. I would have a sign directing them to turn off of my street during these hours of the night so they don’t go by my apartment building. It would be easy to monitor because the fire station is block from my building.
