Name an attraction or town close to home that you still haven’t got around to visiting.

Off the Massachusetts coast lies two popular islands, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. I’ve been to the Vineyard several times and love it. I haven’t been to Nantucket. Honestly, I really have no desire either. I’ve been told it’s not as touristy as the Vineyard is and it’s a much longer boat trip too. I enjoy beach towns, and I also enjoy the shopping. I’m not one who goes to the beach and spends the day there either. I can do maybe 4 hours tops and then I’m out.

Personally for me, I feel like I’m wasting my day and could or should be doing something else.

So in essence, taking a 3.5-4 hour boat ride to Nantucket, a quiet non touristy beach town, just doesn’t appeal to me.
