What makes a good leader?

Colin Powell said, ‘the moment people stop coming to you is the moment you stop leading them.’

There’s a couple in my Bible discussion group who felt bad that their family was constantly interrupting them and/or keeping them from making group. I looked at them and said, if you weren’t being genuine with them they wouldn’t hang around. They wouldn’t come to you, they would find someone else.

Being genuine and a good listener that’s what makes a good leader.
