What is your favorite animal?

I like turtles. I knew this mechanic who a turtle in a his garage. It was neat to go over and see him with his buddies—goldfish. If he was outside the water on his pad, he would jump in the water and swim over to you at the glass. He would greet you by swimming back and forth in front of you. It was so calming.

Turtles aren’t in a hurry, as the land mates will attest to. And they know their place in the circle of life. I love that concept with regard to all animals.
