What could you do differently?

I had this job at a bank and they wanted to provide the best customer experience. We had buttons that the manager wanted us to wear. And one of them was,Wait. I totally wanted that button because I thought it was the funniest thing!

Waiting seems to be our biggest enemy; however, when we wait we learn. Yesterday, I was telling my coworker that I felt like I was experiencing Groundhog Day, but he gently reminded me that in the end he became the master of things. I couldn’t remember the end of the movie, but that is the truth.

Waiting a specific time before implementing, my ideas or suggestions or even desires will discern if in fact that is what I really want or need!
