What food would you say is your specialty?
My allergies have led me to be more mindful of how I prepare sweets. It’s very hard for I have a huge appetite for them. So I’ve had to learn to adapt my recipes to what my allergy restrictions are.
So I am constantly baking so that there is always a sweet available if I have hankering.
Some of my flavors have become quite desirable and tasty for those who’ve had the pleasure of eating them.
This past birthday I desired carrot cake. Traditionally, it is made with cream cheese frosting. I can’t eat cream cheese, so I frosted mine with maple butter frosting.
