When I find myself falling asleep, especially at the job. I’ll do 25 jumping jacks. I’ve noticed my body getting a little tighter around the mid section too! But it is definitely a boost of energy!

And if I’ve had my morning coffee, I’ll make a cup of green tea. Despite what you may have heard, tea has loads of caffeine in it. Green tea also sharpens the mind.
