What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?

I took my daughter to Paris and Rome for her 21st birthday. One of our excursions was to Moulin Rouge. It was a dinner and a show. We got to drink as much wine as we wanted along with our courses. I don’t remember any other food that was served that night except this amazing stuffed eggplant half.

As I was recalling this event, I remember the first time I went to Paris and got an amazing stuffed eggplant at a restaurant near Sac la Coeur.

The French know how to stuff an eggplant!
