What quality do you value most in a friend?

I’m in a ‘we aren’t talking’ state with a very close friend. I won’t go into specifics. However, this question begs the question…is the friendship lost for good or can it saved.

The Golden Rule…do onto others as you would yourself. This is definitely is what I value most.

I guess this, too, begs the question do people still live by that rule, know that rule, or understand that rule?
